ARE YOU OPEN?
No, following the health authority mesures we are close until further notice.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MEMBERSHIP/PREPAID PUNCHS?  
EFT MEMBERSHIP: All EFT memberships are frozen free of charge, until the the reopening. This procedure is done automatically, so no action is required on your end. Membership will be reactivated automatically when reopened and the pro rata added to your account. This amount will be charged with your regular billings. (Please check the april10th billing question below for more details).

WAS YOUR MEMBERSHIP ALREADY FROZEN ON APRIL 7TH?
The fee of $ 8+txs per month is waived during the closure period. Freezing fees will be charged again when we will reopen.

PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION: The end dates of the prepaid memberships will be adjusted according to the date of reopening. No action is required on your part and no prepaid membership can be cancelled or refunded. It will resume automatically when we reopen and can't be frozen any longer.

PREPAID PUNCHS Customers with prepaid day pass with an expiration date (purchased since 2020 only) will have their end date extended by the number of closing days.

WHAT ARE THE FEES ON MY APRIL INVOICE?
We have been forced to do several manipulations regarding your billing during the last month. Warning! The amounts on brackets are credits that have been paid but unused. So here are the details. (The prices are listed without txs.)

Active EFT Member: -Pro-rata from March 26 to April 9. Regular price: $ 33.87/Student price: $ 29.03 -A credit for unused days on April 8 and 9. Regular price ($ 4.50)/Student price ($ 3.80) -A credit for the unused day on January 9. Regular price ($ 2.25)/Student price ($ 1.90) -You may have other amounts such as an No show fee of $ 17 or coffee products that you have put on your account.

Frozen EFT Members: Don't worry, you're still frozen. Our system did not allow us to charge monthly pro rata only to active members, so we prorated March 26 - April 9 to the account to all of our members and then added a credit to members on freeze. This is why you see the first amount which represents the pro rata of the month and the second amount in brackets which represents the credit. The two cancel each other out, so you won't have an additional charge on your next bill on April 10. You also are fronzen free of charge.

YOU WANT TO FREEZE/TERMINATE YOUR EFT MEMBERSHIP?
If you wish to remain frozen when we reopen, you can send us a modification request by clicking "Manage your membership" on our website www.blocshop.com.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY DAY PASS THAT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED?
Yes, we have refund all the day pass. You should see it on your credit card.
