Join MATTHEW JOHSON, head coach of team Bloc Shop for 4 half days of education, exploration, motivation and above all, fun!! **IN ENGLISH**

Athletes will explore concepts that lay the foundation for long term healthy enjoyment of competition and establish routines proven to foster excellence in athletes of all disciplines. 

Through discussions, experimental drills and games exploring strategy, format, muscle anatomy and mental awareness, this camp equips climbers with tools and tactics that traditionally take elite athletes years to develop. 

This camp emphasizes balance between specialized climbing training and increasing physical literacy for a healthier overall athlete.
